Mia is a diploma RN and earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and her master’s degree in nursing from Michigan State University.

Lori is a high-performing nurse manager with more than 25 years of health care management experience in hospitals, home health, and hospice care. Protzman completed the Faculty Scholar Program in Palliative Care Education and Practice at the Harvard Medical School Center for Palliative Care. She also is a Respecting Choices© Last Steps Certified Facilitator and Instructor.

Charlet is a nurse case manager with nearly 30 years of experience. She is a graduate from Hawaii Loa College with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. Her nursing experience includes family practice, infectious diseases, internal medicine, oncology, and pediatrics. She has extensive home care experience and most recently was a case manager with the Kaiser QUEST population.
LSW, ACSW, Social Worker
Jamie is a licensed social worker and graduate of the University of Hawai'i at Mānoa. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in social work with a focus in gerontology. Jamie has more than 15 years of experience as a social worker in a variety of settings, including coordination of early intervention services for children birth to three years old; case management with the chronically ill; health insurance counseling to seniors; hospice care; and grief support.
LCSW, Social Worker
Karen is a licensed clinical social worker with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s in social work, focused in mental health, from the University of Hawai'i at Mānoa. Originally from Hong Kong, Karen also speaks Cantonese and Mandarin. She has worked with families through Child Welfare Services; coached teens with emotional and/or behavioral challenges; and conducted home-studies, crisis intervention, case management, and in-home therapy for families and children.

Roxanne is a licensed social worker who graduated from the University of Hawai'i at Mānoa with a master’s degree in social work with a concentration in Mental Health. She has experience working with adult, family and elderly populations, as well as with the Filipino community. Roxanne has worked in a variety of settings over her career, including intensive community case management, hospital, health insurance service coordination, and the federal government.
Clinical Care Associate
Erica has been in the health care field for more than 17 years and has worked in various settings, including a skilled nursing facility, adult foster case management, and home health. Her role as support staff for the clinical team includes coordinating care services for the program and providing a comforting voice to the patients referred through the physician network.
